Important

Quiet hours 22:00 to 07:00. Let’s respect each other’s rest.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A penalty will be imposed.
Pets are not allowed.
Unchecked-in persons cannot spend the night in the apartments without prior agreement with the owners of the apartment. Additional fees apply.
Keep the apartment keys safe and do not give them to other persons. Should you lose the keys, contact us immediately. Fee for lost keys applies.

Lock the apartment when you leave.
In the cold season, close the windows when leaving the apartment. Let’s protect nature together.
Please do not wear shoes inside the apartment.
Turn off the lights when you leave the premises.
Turn off the air conditioner when you are not at home. Be sure to close the windows when the air conditioner is on.
Sort the trash into marked bins. We recycle. Take the garbage to the designated garbage containers near the garage (on the right side of the gate).
Please do not eat in the bedroom.
Wash all dirty dishes when you leave. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee. Do not put wet dishes into the kitchen drawers.
When parking, do not block the right garage door, marked with a yellow sign.
We invite you to use the outdoor barbecue. Be sure to clean it after cooking. A cleaning fee may apply otherwise. DO NOT use firewood in the barbeque. Only coal should be used. For safety reasons, do not move the barbecue from its designated place.
Do not rearrange the furniture.
Do not water the flowers. We will arrange with you the appropriate times when we can do so.
Do not touch or cover outdoor CCTV cameras.
Do not dry wet clothes or towels on the chairs.
Place the clothes dryer outside or in the bathroom.
We can clean the apartments for an additional cleaning fee.

Check-in from 14:00 until 22:00. Unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Guests must present a valid photo ID upon check-in.
Full payment for the entire stay must be made during the check-in. This includes the municipality tax (see fees).

Check-out before 12:00, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Return the keys to the hosts or place them in the padlock (at the entrance). Ask the hosts for the padlock code.
Late checkout fees apply (see fees).

The apartment is temporarily reserved for 24 hours until the booking fee is received.
For stays shorter than 7 nights, the booking fee amounts to the payment for one night.
For stays longer than 7 nights, a booking fee of 30% of the total booking amount is required.
The booking is confirmed only after receiving the payment. You will receive an email confirmation.
The prices presented on this website do not include the municipality fee.

Reservations can be canceled. The reservation fee is refunded:
- 100% if canceled no later than 14 days in advance.
- 50% if canceled no later than 7 days in advance.
In case of no show without prior notification, the guest must pay the full booking amount.
The booking fee is refunded within 7 days of the cancellation of the reservation.
Bank charges are deducted from the refund.
If the reservation is canceled at the initiative of Zofija, 100% of the booking fee is refunded .

If the stay is terminated at the initiative of the guest, the money will not be refunded.
If the guest violates house rules, the stay might be terminated earlier than the check-out date. No refund will be issued.

The booking date can be changed no more than 14 days before arrival. *
The booking date can be changed free of charge only once. *
The new arrival date cannot be later than 12 months after the original arrival date.
